You will work as part of a team of other Welcome Ministers who will make every person feel welcomed and supported. You will direct individuals to a suitable pew, be available to people who need special assistance, keep traffic flowing through the entrances, make sure visitors receive helpful information among others.
Training or Skills Required: Be friendly, have a heart for people, be a team player, willingness to meet new people. Training is available through a parish workshop. Lots of support is provided through prayer opportunities and other gatherings with your fellow Welcome Ministers.
Length of Commitment: Two years.
